摘要
The rate of high-grade toxicity in AM receiving FSRT was low. Local control appeared comparable to historical rates which may suggest the need for dose escalation with longer term follow-up. Recurrent tumors appear more prone to marginal failures, however more work is needed to determine which patients may benefit from additional CTV margin and more prolonged fractionated dose schedules. Improved targeting with newer imaging studies (e.g., DOTATATE PET) should be examined to determine if more accurate targeting will improve outcomes.
