Abstract
Definitive, predominantly conventionally fractionated local therapy was associated with long-term NED status for 30% of patients with oligometastatic breast cancer involving osseous sites, with minimal treatment-associated toxicity. Developing randomized trials for breast cancer subsets may warrant consideration of standard fractionation regimen data and the need for strategies to identify patients who may benefit from definitive local therapy.
