Abstract
TNF-stimulation of hAECs increases both pro- and anti-coagulant activity. Unexpectedly, the increased anti-coagulant activity is sufficient to limit both FVIII- and emicizumab-induced thrombin generation. This protective effect disappears when emicizumab is combined with aPCC.
