摘要

We demonstrate a quantum-limited silicon photonic coherent receiver with 26.0 dB shot noise clearance, 34.6 μW knee power, and 0.00200 mm ² chip area. We measure squeezed vacuum with the integrated receiver and demonstrate phase-locking to the squeezed quadrature.
