Research on Electric Vehicle Charging Facility Planning Based on Improved Grey Wolf Optimization Algorithm in V2G Mode

This paper proposes a planning scheme for electric car charging facilities based on enhanced grey wolf optimization algorithm in V2G mode to deal with the problems that electric vehicles' charging load affects the secure and stable running of the distribution network and the layout of charging infrastructure is unreasonable. The callable dynamic potential of electric cars is first modeled in this work. The development of a multi-objective programming model takes into account both the expense of the charging infrastructure during its life cycle and the distribution network's dependability and security. To determine the best planning strategy, an improved grey wolf optimization algorithm is presented. It includes a Logistic mapping technique, a programmable nonlinear convergence factor, and a Cauchy mutation operator. Using the IEEE 33-node network, the proposed method's viability is finally confirmed.
