气泡动力法在三通道23G切口有晶状体眼硅油取出术中的应用

Abstract
目的 探讨气泡动力法取出有晶状体眼内残留硅油小滴的方法.方法 回顾性病例研究.报告 20例(21 只眼)采用气泡动力法气液交换术取出有晶状体眼内残留硅油小滴.结果 所有的病例顺利取出硅油,术后检查未见术眼硅油残留,没有发生气液交换引起的术中晶状体损伤、低眼压及暴发性脉络膜上腔出血的等并发症.结论 三通道23G切口联合气泡动力法取出有晶状体眼内残留硅油小滴的方法,操作简单、安全,未见相关手术并发症.
