Abstract
光动力疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)主要通过光敏剂与特定波长的光源产生光化学反应,可以选择性富集于病灶并治疗多种皮肤科疾病.病理性瘢痕(Pathological Scar,PS)是影响容貌和功能的异常性瘢痕,目前其治疗缺乏有效的方式.PDT可以抑制成纤维细胞的异常增殖,基础及临床研究均证实对病理性瘢痕有效.
