Abstract
早期活动可以使ICU危重患者减少获得性虚弱,提高肌肉力量,缩短住院时间,降低死亡率,但目前国内ICU危重患者早期活动开展率较低.本文对ICU持续肾脏替代治疗患者早期活动的影响因素、安全性、评估方法、实施方式等的研究进展进行综述,以期为此类患者进行早期康复治疗提供参考.
