Abstract
Most ports are undergoing upgrades targeting “oil to hydrogen” conversion of port equipment, marking the greening of port infrastructure has gradually become a new development direction. The proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), as a power source using hydrogen as reactant, is clearly an ideal power source for port greening because of its high efficiency, cleanliness and low vibration. The hydrogen system as the core of PEMFC is especially important for the control of the hydrogen system. Based on the joint simulation of AMESim and Simulink, this paper establishes we propose a fuel cell anode pressure control method based on variable-domain fuzzy PI control, and introduce an additional fuzzy controller to obtain the expansion coefficient, so as to adjust the fuzzy domain of the fuzzy PI controller in real time without changing the fuzzy rules of the fuzzy PI controller. The simulation results show that the variable domain fuzzy PI control has smaller overshoot and shorter regulation time compared with fuzzy PI control and PI control, and has better adaptability to sudden changes in load, and it has positive influence on the stable control of anode pressure of fuel cell.
