Optimization Analysis of Electromagnetic Structure of Traction Motor

The traction motor has the characteristics of high power density, large volume and high efficiency. In recent years, it has been widely used in transportation, aerospace equipment and industrial fields. This paper takes 1150 kW traction motor as the research object. The length, thickness and stator outer diameter of the permanent magnet of the motor are selected as the optimization objects. The rated torque, rated point efficiency and rated power are the optimization objectives. The global response surface optimization algorithm is used to optimize the motor structure.
