Abstract
•Abnormal p53 expression and extensive lymphovascular invasion (LVI) are poor prognostic factors in endometrial cancer.•Despite LN assessment, survival, local and regional control was worse for patients with p53abnl expression and/or LVI.•No patients who completed pelvic RT experienced an in-field recurrence.•Patients with p53abnl expression and/or LVI may derive benefit from intensification with external beam radiation.
