•Based on the model decomposition approach, two new parallel algorithmic frameworks are proposed.•The parallel algorithm B-ADMM is developed by employing the concept of bush.•Integrating the parallel block coordinate descent (PBCD) method and the B-ADMM algorithm, then a bi-level parallel algorithm PBCD-ADMM is developed.•To validate the two algorithms proposed with much large-scale networks.
