摘要

•Developed AlPO4 coated glass has low haze, high transmittance, and anti-fog property.•A simple method for preparing nanoscale to microscale AlPO4 arrays is proposed.•The formation and regulation mechanism of the array structures is modeled.•The superhydrophilic and antifogging properties of AlPO4 arrays are studied.
