Septal myectomy (SM) and alcohol septal ablation (ASA) are established septal reduction therapies (SRT) for patients with obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Multidisciplinary (MDT) HCM team management is guideline-recommended however outcome data from large volume Australian HCM centres is limited.
