Abstract
High-risk plaque (HRP) features identified on computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) are associated with increased future risk of acute coronary syndrome independent of stenosis severity. Societal guidelines recommend routine reporting of HRP. This study assessed the prevalence of HRP features of patients undergoing CTCA in an Australian tertiary referral centre.
