Abstract
Pericoronary adipose tissue (PCAT) attenuation quantified from routine computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) is a biomarker of coronary inflammation. However, the natural history of PCAT attenuation without intervention is unknown. High-intensity statin has a pleiotropic anti-inflammatory effect. This study assessed the temporal change of PCAT attenuation in patients with and without statin therapy.
