Hydroquinidine reduces arrhythmic events in patients with Brugada syndrome (BrS) but there is no standardised approach to monitoring the effect of pharmacotherapy in BrS. This study aimed to investigate whether the electrophysiological effects of hydroquinidine can be detected non-invasively.
