Diagnostic Accuracy Of Photon-Counting CT For Detecting Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease

Introduction: Photon counting coronary CT angiography (PCCT) opened a new horizon in coronary stenosis assessment with high spatial resolution and utilizing spectral information. We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of PCCT in patients with obstructive coronary stenosis regarding invasive coronary angiography (ICA) as a reference standard. In a sub-analysis, we also assessed the diagnostic accuracy of the ultra-high resolution (UHR) PCCT images.
