Introduction: Air pollution, including higher levels of small particulate matter <2.5μm (PM2.5), has been associated with adverse cardiovascular outcomes. However, only little is known about the association of PM2.5 with obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with stable chest pain.
