Abstract
Patients undergoing frozen embryo transfer (FET) have approximately 50% chance of a live birth. Unfortunately, no clinically significant predictors of successful pregnancy after FET have been found. Identifying protein biomarkers that could be measured during an FET cycle and are predictive of cycle outcome could inform providers and patients whether to proceed with an embryo transfer in the current cycle or defer to another cycle to improve the chance of success.
