Abstract
Micromulti-quantum well (MQW) III-nitride diodes are commonly used as microleds and are considered the next generation of display and imaging technology. Among other things, they theoretically have the ability to detect and modulate light. Here, we integrate MQWs Type III-nitride diode monolithic onto a chip to establish a real-time imaging system for image reconstruction, which can perform simultaneous illumination imaging operations in practice. These functions can be controlled by software. This device, if integrated on a large scale, could lead to multifunctional displays that combine millions of III-nitride diodes to perform these functions simultaneously for simultaneous illumination-imaging.
