Information management and knowledge in monitoring systems

It presents a methodology for information and knowledge management applied in knowledge-intensive organizations and that can bring solutions to issues related to information management in monitoring systems and in intelligent spaces. A project is presented that aims to test and develop this methodology considering the particularities of monitoring systems and intelligent urban spaces.
