Efficient methods for microwave assisted regioselective aminations of 3,6-dichloropyridazines: novel synthesis of (E)-2-(3,6-dichloropyridazin-4-yl)vinyl-amines

A general and selective, microwave mediated synthesis of 5-methyl-pyridazin-3-amines (3a-e) and (E)-2-(3,6-dichloropyridazin-4-yl)vinyl-amines (8a-u and 9a-h) has been described starting from methyl-dichloropyridazines (2a and 2b). New synthetic possibility for bis(indolyl)methanes (11) also uncovered. [GRAPHICS]
