Abstract
With the increase of the access proportion of photovoltaic, electric vehicle charging pile and variable frequency load on the customer side, related safety hazards occur frequently on the customer side. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct safety risk assessment on the customer side system. In order to carry out all-round and multi-level security risk evaluation of the system, the security risk evaluation index system is established from three aspects: static security risk index, dynamic security risk index and security monitoring index in this paper firstly. Then, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the anti-entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of each index respectively. Finally, the safety risk level of the customer-side system is obtained based on the matter-element theory. Taking three PV-charging-load systems in a certain area as an example, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified.
