Development of Annulative Coupling and Aromatic Amination toward the Synthesis of Structurally New Aromatic Amines

Aromatic amines are widely recognized as some of the most important scaffolds in various functional molecules, such as pharmaceuticals and materials. Two reactions have been devel-oped to access structurally novel aromatic amines: 1) annula-tive coupling and 2) aromatic amination. This account sum-marizes the recent progress in these two reactions.
