摘要

•It was shown the effect of inorganic electrolytes and surfactants on MS2 aggregation, dispersion, and capsid disassembly.•The hydrodynamic diameter and the ζ-potential of PCV2 empty capsid were measured to be 22 ± 1 nm and −41 ± 4 mV respectively.•The local Ψ potential of the PCV2 surface indicates the ‘mosaic’ way of the charge distribution on the capsid surface.
