摘要
Interest in slippery liquid-infused porous surfaces (SLIPSs) has grown considerably for anti-icing, anti-corrosion, and wear resistance owing to their unique structure and outstanding performance. In a loss of lubricant condition in service, however, the surface of a material sees its durability become deteriorated. In this work, laser processing and hydrothermal treatment were developed to fabricate a slippery liquid-infused porous surface (SLIPS) with durable anti-corrosion and anti-tribocorrosion properties on the surface of magnesium alloy. Experimental results of wettability test, electrochemical test, and immersion test revealed that SLIPS exhibited outstanding anti-corrosion and durability. More importantly, the open circuit potential (OCP) fluctuated slightly and a lower friction coefficient for SLIPS was detected in the tribo-electrochemical test, which indicates that the micro-nanoscale composite structure on SLIPS can effectively lock the lubricant oil and provide sufficient lubrication for the friction pairs.
