摘要

Total regression without endoscopic treatment of colorectal adenoma is rare. We report the case of a 58-year-old male diagnosed with advanced gas-tric cancer and advanced colorectal adenoma. He received chemotherapy for gastric cancer and achieved regression of colorectal adenoma. To our knowledge, this is the first case of regression of colorectal adenoma.
