Characteristics of the low photon emission from the ingredients of chocolate and finished products

摘要
Photon emission is the phenomenon of the emission of ultra-low electromagnetic radiation by living organisms. Measurement of single photons emitted by a product can be used as an alternative to the traditional method of food quality analysis. The research consisted in determining the emission characteristics of individual photons emitted from the substrates for the production of chocolate and end products. The measurements were carried out with the use of a proprietary measurement system that allows the registration of single photons emitted from raw materials and biological products of various types.
