Abstract
Due to the fast development of the electronic industry, there is an increasing need for dielectric capacitors that have a higher capacity for energy storage, which are used to power electronic devices. In this work, we demonstrate an easy fabrication of a new compound with excellent dielectric properties. The hybrid compound that has been designed crystallizes in the monoclinic system with the P21/c space group, according to the results of the characterization investigations. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) was performed on a single crystal and provided conclusive evidence that the four components together, generate layers that run along the a-axis. Additionally, by analyzing the absorption of infrared spectrum (FT-IR), the type and arrangement of chemical bonds within the compound were determined. Furthermore, the dielectric study shows that the developed material has a huge dielectric constant & epsilon;r & AP; 109. The resulting material also exhibits a reasonably low loss (tang & delta; < 1) at low frequencies.
