Factors associated with organizational citizenship behavior in nursing staff: systematic review and meta-analysis

Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior, plays an important role in all institutions. Nursing staff constitutes in these times a highly significant area of knowledge to delve into the quality of services at the individual level and at the organizational level in their relationship with their colleagues, as an organizational aspect that favors the health of patients.: Based in the PRISMA guide, a systematic review with meta-analysis was carried out. The literature search was carried out in PudMead and Cochrane on September 6, 2022. 36 articles were determined to be included in the systematic review and 21 in the meta-analysis with the aim of synthesizing the information on the different factors associated with OCC in health care personnel. Nursing. A total of 10 factors associated with OCC were found in nursing staff, the mean consequences of the true score ranged from .16 to .6. A positive and moderate connection is completed in the factors of Emotional Intelligence (IE), Ethical Leadership (LE), Work Performance (DL) and Ethical Climate (CE) with a connection of .6, .59, .53 and .51 respectively. The highly significant factors for designing nursing staff intervention programs for health institutions are: IE, LE, DL, and CE. These highly significant constructs should be part of intervention programs and can promote change towards positive behavior in health institutions.
