Dialectic on Principles of Reliability

In this scientific work, a study and analysis of the reliability principles of the technical-economic and socio-biological systems of the modern digital society and of course their dialectics is carried out. The analysis and the corresponding scientific synthesis was carried out on the basis of the existing conflict between the axiomatics of the theory of probability, used as a formal tool of the theory of reliability, and the intuitive perception of probabilistic representations and concepts (distributions).
