Abstract
简要介绍海上浮式储卸油装置上部工艺模块中出现的材料ABS EH40 标准钢的焊接特性,并选用常用的药芯焊丝焊接工艺开发相应的焊接工艺,同时测试了焊接接头的机械性能和微观金相.试验结果表明,焊接接头强度、塑性及低温韧性符合设计标准,微观金相组织并无有害组织,焊接工艺开发符合设计需求,可为后续工程同类型钢材施工提供参考.
