某超贫磁铁矿陶瓷介质搅拌磨机细磨试验

Abstract
安徽某超贫磁铁矿原矿品位13.69%,为了低碳、高效回收利用该矿石,针对其常规碎磨解离工艺能耗过高的问题,采用陶瓷介质搅拌磨机细磨,进行了介质尺寸、搅拌强度、充填率、磨矿浓度、料球比、磨矿时间与磨矿效果和分选指标之间的相关性研究.试验结果表明:在陶瓷介质尺寸7 mm、搅拌速度850 r/min、填充率80%、磨矿浓度65%、料球比0.9及磨矿时间19 min的较佳工艺参数下,获得了铁精矿品位65.89%、铁回收率87.98%的选别指标;在该工艺条件下,单位能耗为10.16(kW·h)/t,较经典工艺两段或三段细磨作业降低能耗26.75%以上,为超贫磁铁矿的高效开发综合利用提供了重要指导.
