Abstract
探讨了管道在线矫形的基本原理和结构塑性损伤评价准则,并针对某核电站存在初始安装偏差的管道,采用直接弹塑性分析方法,通过有限元数值仿真论证了管道在线矫形技术的可行性.结果表明,笔者提出的两种方案均能达到预期的管道矫形结果,且引起的塑性损伤满足规范限值要求.通过对比分析,推荐采用施加外部变形和引起的残余塑性应变均更小的技术方案.
