Abstract
以胜任力为导向,以"三提升"为原则,兼顾形成性与终结性评价,过程性评价与阶段性考试相结合,构建客观、科学、完整考核评价体系,提升以学生能力培养为目标的教学设计;以客观结构化临床考试为载体,践行"早临床、多临床、反复临床"的教学理念,以信息技术为依托,提高考核评价的客观性、公平性、便捷性;构建以教育计量学为基础的"考核-分析-反馈"考评反馈体系,为反馈结果内化提供路径.综合改革覆盖本科医学教育的全过程,有效提高了医学人才培养质量,实现了医学生岗位胜任力的持续提升.
