可控超材料微波反应腔的加热效率及均匀性研究

Abstract
对于高功率闭域特点的微波反应腔中电场分布不均的问题,设计一款具有可控超材料的微波反应腔,运用电场分布图示法和电场分布取样的标准偏差分析法研究了负载大小、加热频率、可控超材料参数对加热效率和加热均匀性的影响规律.结果显示,通过适当调整可控超材料参数,可在保证至少 97%加热效率的前提下,使加热均匀性提升高达48%.
