Abstract
为明确甘肃省定西市一种新的赤芍根腐病病原菌及其生物学特性,采用常规组织分离法和孢子悬浮液离体接种法进行病原菌分离和致病性测定,基于形态学特征及内转录间隔区(Internal Transcribed Spac-er,ITS)、核糖体大亚基(Ribosomal Large Subunit,LSU)和转录延伸因子 1-α(Transcription elongation factor-1,TEF1-α)多基因序列分析进行病原菌鉴定,明确该病原菌为草莓垫壳孢(Coniella fragariae).该病原菌生长最适温度为25 ℃,最适pH为6~7,全光照不利于菌丝生长和产孢,在PDA培养基上菌丝生长最快,在OA和黑麦培养基上产孢量最高,菌丝对乳糖和酵母膏的利用率最高.
