经心尖导管主动脉瓣置入联合微创冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗患者1例

Abstract
目前微创技术在外科领域广泛开展,微创心脏外科手术同样成为各大心脏中心研究的热点,微创旁路移植术(coronay artery bypass grafting,CABG)及微创瓣膜手术已广泛开展,尤其是导管技术的发展,使得经导管主动脉瓣置入(transcatheter aortic valve implantation,TAVI)[1]手术的开展越发迅速,伴随介入瓣膜材料及工艺的改进及手术技术的提高,介入瓣膜手术适应证逐渐扩大[2-4],而TAVI联合微创CABG成为瓣膜病合并冠心病的一个最优选择.现将我院1例经心尖TAVI联合微创CABG治疗的一例患者报道如下.
