左心耳封堵术(LAAC)作为非瓣膜性心房颤动患者预防脑卒中有效安全的药理学替代方案被广泛采用,其术后血栓的形成需引起重视.苏北人民医院心内科收治了 1例长程持续性心房颤动伴心力衰竭患者,LAAC 8个月后,复查心脏超声发现左心房非典型部位血栓形成,调整抗凝方案后血栓溶解.现报道如下.
