As a virtual reflection of physical entities, digital twin (DT) is a core concept in industry 4.0. Its high fidelity and real-time property have brought effective solutions to lots of challenges in the industrial field. Stereoscopic warehouse (SW) is a special production line in the industrial field. Applying DT into SW can effectively break the business management bottleneck of the traditional warehouse. However, the high fidelity and realtime property of the business process (BP) in SW should be ensured to realize SW DT. Therefore, a data-centric BP modeling method is introduced into the field of SW in this paper. First of all, ArtiFlow is leveraged to represent BP conceptual model of SW. Then XML is exploited to describe the BP logical model of SW. Finally, we realize this BP model and use it in the SW DT system for verification. Simulation results demonstrate that the data-centric BP model can help to ensure the consistency between physical and virtual warehouses in SW DT system.
