Abstract
基于透明抗紫外薄膜包装的市场需求,本文以稀土配合物Eu(DBM)3phen为功能助剂采用热压法制备了 PLA/Eu(DBM)3phen(P/E)复合薄膜,制备透明抗紫外PLA薄膜材料,并探究了添加量对PLA抗紫外、力学、热力学性能以及透明度的影响.结果表明,随着Eu(DBM)3phen添加量的提高,P/E薄膜的抗紫外性能显著提高.质量分数为1%的P/El薄膜表现出了最佳的综合性能,其在280 nm~400 nm区间的紫外透过率从PLA的82.1%下降到12.4%,显示出高效的紫外吸收能力,并保持了较好的力学性能和可见区透明度.此外,Eu(DBM)3phen还可以作为成核剂增强PLA的结晶性能.根据荧光光谱分析,P/E薄膜主要通过配合物的"天线效应",高效吸收紫外线并最终以热与光的形式释放出去.
