褐藻酸寡糖对草莓光合特性及植株形态的影响

Abstract
为筛选出能促进草莓生长、提高果实品质最佳的褐藻酸寡糖,以草莓红颜为试验材料,开展了不同聚合度褐藻酸寡糖对草莓形态特征、叶片光合特性和品质的影响试验.结果表明,褐藻酸寡糖能提高草莓叶片的叶绿素相对含量,改善草莓叶片的光合特性,提高草莓根系活力.施用褐藻酸寡糖 1 号 1 000 倍液(聚合度为50)后,草莓根直径、根长、根数和根体积均最大,草莓可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白、花青素含量分别较清水对照显著提高 21.78%、121.51%、22.50%,可滴定酸较清水对照降低 18.58%.
