基于改进关键链技术的超高层建筑进度管理研究

Abstract
结合超高层项目平行流水、竖向交叉的施工特点,改进关键链技术缓冲区设置方式,从而优化超高层项目进度管理,缩短工期.首先对资源冲突作出定义,并在资源调节中确定资源约束系数.然后以风险偏好度、信息交互度、奖惩系数三个指标评价超高层各工序,应用熵权-TOPSIS模型得出不确定性系数.基于资源与不确定性约束计算缓冲.最后对实际案例进行蒙特卡洛模拟和对比分析.结果表明,本文方法所得缓冲尺寸较为合理,能够满足项目缩短工期按时完工的需求.
