计及峰谷平滑效益的需求响应和电池储能系统调度联合优化策略

Abstract
现有需求响应决策未考虑储能调度等影响因素,电池储能运营商基于固定需求响应结果进行储能调度决策,联合优化结果难以使系统获得最优综合效益.为此,建立了需求响应和电池储能系统调度联合优化机制以及基于联合优化策略的需求响应和电池储能系统调度决策模型.采用基于离散参数规划的线性优化策略,以等步长形式迭代求解非线性优化模型的最优分时电价和最优储能调度策略;建立基于联合优化策略的峰谷平滑效益模型,用于评估电力系统削峰填谷的单位成本.算例分析结果表明,所提需求响应和电池储能调度联合优化策略能有效削峰填谷并提高系统整体的经济性.
