Flotation of Ilmenite in Panzhihua Using New Type Collector YS-1

According to Panzhihua ilmenite, s properties of fine particle, with a small amount of sulfide ore, A series of flotation tests on the ore with pre-desulfurization, Independent development reagent YS-1 for ilmenite collector were done, results showed that YS-1 agent has good adaptability for the flotation sample. Closed-circuit flotation test result of ilmenite concentrate with the yield of 40.54%,the grad of Ti O247.17%, the recovery of85.83% has been obtained. Industrial experiment further verified the YS-1 reagent has good applicability.
