Abstract
采用甘氨酸-硝酸盐法(GNP)制备Ce0.8SmxNd0.2-xO1.9(x=0.05,0.1,0.15)(SNDC)粉末,通过XRD和SEM等表征粉末和陶瓷样品的物相和微观形貌,并测量烧结样品在空气和还原气氛下的电导率。结果表明Ce0.8Sm0.1Nd0.1O1.9的电性能和抗还原性能均为3种组分中最好的,800℃时,在空气中电导率为4.96×10-2S/cm,在还原气氛中电导率增加率为12.56%。
