摘要
This article reviews the history of the Greenland Ice Sheet during the late Quaternary. We discuss broad-scale ice sheet changes since the inception of the ice sheet in the Pliocene and during successive glacial and interglacial periods in the Quaternary. We then focus on evidence for relative sea-level (RSL) changes from around the margins of the ice sheet since the Last Glacial Maximum. Our particular emphasis is on the unloading history on the west and southern margins of the ice sheet and we discuss the shape of RSL curves and variability between different regions since deglaciation, during the late Holocene neoglacial period and the last millennium.
