Teoretický prehľad výskumu manažmentu kreatívneho potenciálu a kvality života

From the point of view of Maslow's pyramid of needs, creativity belongs to the self-realization of the individual. It is self-realization that can be the source of a higher quality of life for individuals and society. The importance of researching creativity and quality of life has penetrated from psychology to economic theory as well. This research can be carried out at the individual level (or individual level), at the micro/meso level (enterprises and small social groups) and at the macro level (creative indices and quality of life indices). The presented contribution is an overview study and describes the interdisciplinary research carried out in both areas and at individual levels. The methods used include: historical-logical method, analogy, analysis, synthesis and comparative method.
