Abstract
新型コロナウイルス感染症パンデミック後にchronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）患者の入院が減少したとの報告が海外で相次いでいる．当院へCOPD増悪により入院した症例につき2020年3月を中心とした前後各12カ月において比較検討した．COPD増悪入院はパンデミック期に顕著に少なかった．パンデミック期に入院した症例では好酸球増多，COPD増悪入院歴を有する等の特徴を認めた．重症度別の検討では，GOLD 4のパンデミック前後での入院数は同等であった．
